BARACK GAVE A SPEECH AND TOOK OFF HIS COAT TO LOOK LESS STUFFY BUT BLEW THE PLANNED GESTURE BY SAYING, "I'M GOING TO TAKE OFF MY JACKET, GET A LITTLE LESS FORMAL HERE." Hey Bro, Racing is over for the weekend and I am happy to say that I was riding really well. Saturday was the State Championship Dual Slalom event, and Sunday was the State Mountain Cross Championships. I absolutely smashed the field in the Dual Slalom event and posted the 3rd fastest run down the hill for the day. I also had an easy time of beating everyone in the Mountain Cross event on Sunday although my times were a little off the pace. ( I was taking the "B" line Double into Double, and not jumping the 12 metre gap jump on the "A" line ) at the last race there a friend over jumped the gap jump, flat landed and smashed his ankle..... so I am a bit scared of it now. check out the action on www.rockytrailentertainment.com and look at the photos from August 24 at the Kurrajong track. ( look for me riding the Yeti ) I also ripped a few backflips after the race just to celebrate ! sickkk !!! I am now getting ready for the World Cup next... (more)

En 2 fylgdarþyrlur frá Keflavík til Reykjavíkur er hrokafullt bruðl sama dag og tilkynnt er um 14,5% verðbólgu. Og af hverju að ræna Hafnfirðinga og íbúa Garðabæjar gleðinni? Tilheyrir árangur liðsins einungis íbúum 101 Reykjavík? Auk þess finnst mér furðulegt að menntamálaráðuneytið hafi getað töfrað 50 milljónir upp úr einhverjum vel földum hatti allt í einu. Þar liggja slíkir peningar - eða peningar yfirhöfuð - nú venjulega ekki á lausu. Auðvitað á ríkið að styrkja íþróttir, listir og aðra starfsemi, en ekki á árangurstengdan hátt! Já, huhumm. Sem sagt. Helgin í Köben var að vonum æði. Íbúar Frejasgaden vaxa að sætleika og skemmtilegheitum með hverri heimsókn, eins og sjá má ef smellt er á hlekkinn "Myndaalbúm" hér til vinstri. Þar eru líka fleiri myndir frá sumrinu. Óver end át!
